Litchfield Park Community Information
The City of Litchfield Park is located in the rapidly growing southwest part of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The city is anchored by the historical four-star Wigwam Resort. The town’s palm and orange-tree-lined streets are family friendly and easy to walk and bike around. This classic established city is where people know their neighbors. It is a community of well educated, connected people who value a unique dining and retail experience.
Litchfield Park has one of the few original “Main Street” districts in the metro area, remaining from the city’s origins in the 1920s. Phoenix Magazine recognized the city’s main street as “The Best Street Time Forgot.” The magnificent palm and orange trees that line the wide streets were integrated into the urban design as part of a master planned community years ago.
